Michelli Weighing & Measurement is seeking a Field Service Technician Level I in the Jacksonville, FL area to install, calibrate, and service industrial weighing equipment and control systems on-site. Qualifications

• Technical aptitude in mechanical and electronic systems; vocational training or military experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and measurements.
• Physical ability to lift and handle weights over 50 lbs.
• Valid CDL or eligibility to obtain a Class B CDL.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete safety and technical training to understand the industrial service business.
• Safely operate vehicles and equipment, including heavy-capacity test units on-site.
• Perform on-site calibrations and minor repairs of weighing equipment and control systems.
• Document calibration tests, work orders, and safety logs accurately.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding schedules and status.
• Collaborate with service team to meet productivity targets and generate quotes.
• Travel with senior technicians to local or regional customer sites.
