Qualifikationen

• GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training recommended.
• Must have knowledge of internet software.
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic math skills including rates, ratios and percents.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.

Aufgaben

• Reads work orders and observes the truck to diagnose malfunctions.
• Provides solutions and estimates when appropriate.
• Repairs equipment after inspection and analysis.
• Documents repair description with model/serial numbers and hour readings.
• Communicates with customers regarding repairs and results.
• Inspects safety devices and makes adjustments as needed.
• Lubricates parts and verifies repaired truck conforms to specs.
• Represents Equipment Depot professionally with customers and keeps vehicle clean.
• Schedules maintenance and coordinates with service manager.
• Returns paperwork and submits time cards by 9:00 a.m. daily.
