Job summary

EAM-Mosca Corp. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Milwaukee, WI region. The role provides on-site and remote support for end-of-line strapping systems and related machinery, with extensive travel across the U.S.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field maintenance, strong electromechanical skills, and PLC experience. A company car, laptop, and cell phone are provided as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years field or plant equipment maintenance experience.
• Spanish is preferred.
• Corrugated industry experience is a plus.
• Mechanical understanding of strapping machines; Mosca preferred.
• High school diploma is required; Associates degree a plus.
• Valid driver's license; PLC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Perform preventive, predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems with test equipment.
• Collaborate with Mosca Engineering for high-quality service.
• Generate service reports detailing work, parts, issues and follow-ups.
• Plan schedules and travel itineraries, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Travel extensively within the U.S. (80%), Monday through Friday.
