Job summary

ESCO Group is seeking a Saw Service Technician to travel nationwide installing, repairing, and commissioning cutting machinery. You will run final tests, support FATs, and provide technical service from the field to the customer site.

The role requires 50–75% travel within the United States and Canada, strong communication, safety focus, and the ability to obtain a U.S. passport. A sign-on and retention bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Machine building, equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
• Polyurethane processing equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment background check and physical.
• Must be able to travel 50–75% within the United States and Canada; occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to install and commission custom cutting machinery and systems.
• Inspect, test, and perform runout of equipment prior to shipment.
• Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and equipment manuals.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and web-based platforms.
• Travel primarily within the United States and Canada, with occasional international travel; must be able to obtain a U.S. passport.
