The role involves installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair with 75%+ travel to customer sites across the region. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of field service experience, a technical or trade background, and strong computer and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of field service experience in electrical power generation or renewable energy.
• Technical or trade degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with computers and installation of controls firmware/software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for customer projects and ensure efficient execution.
• Support decommissioning of battery systems and sites.
• Act as EHS representative and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Escalate field service issues and assist customers to resolve concerns.
• Promote collaborative and solutions-oriented team culture.
• Coordinate with field teams to meet operational metrics.
• Gather and report customer feedback to improve processes.
• Assist in SOP development and improvement for service activities.
• Adopt new tools and technologies for field operations.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Complete project administrative tasks on schedule, including reports.
• Travel to and remain at assigned jobsites until tasks are completed.
• Manage field tools for projects.
