Job summary

Renewance, Inc. is seeking a Level II Field Service Technician to support industrial batteries across stationary energy storage and EV applications.

You will install, commission, maintain, and repair batteries and related hardware at customer sites, often traveling regionally to ensure project success. The role requires strong technical skills, communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with teams.

Qualifications

• Technical or Trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Self-directed, highly detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for customer projects, ensuring efficient execution of daily activities.
• Support cold commissioning (electrical checks) and hot commissioning of battery systems and related performance issues.
• Assist in decommissioning of battery systems and sites, including site maintenance and removal of equipment.
• Serve as EHS representative for the field, ensuring compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate field service issues and collaborate with customers to resolve concerns promptly.
• Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented team culture and report customer feedback.
