Job summary

Everon is seeking a skilled field service technician to perform routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoot, replace, and repair equipment across our security systems portfolio. You will train teammates, provide customer guidance on system operation, and perform testing and documentation with strict attention to safety and codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or vocational training and at least 3 years of experience in intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access-control systems,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• At least 3 years of experience in related service roles.
• Strong knowledge of intrusion, fire, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Working knowledge of local and national codes.
• Proficient with test equipment such as multimeters, battery analyzers, and decibel meters.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and emergency service calls, troubleshoots, replaces or repairs equipment.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others as needed.
• Provides reliable customer support and instruction on system operation.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains truck stock and inventory of equipment and tools.
• Documents service hours and tasks; ensures timely completion of activities.
