Job summary

FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. is seeking a bag-carrying field service specialist based in West Lebanon, NH with frequent travel.

You will service, repair and install inkjet systems at client sites, diagnose mechanical, electrical, software and systems issues, and provide detailed service reports. Daily duties include on-site support, collaboration with engineers and technicians, and performing tests in laboratory settings while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of basic wiring, mechanical workings and electronics.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to travel 25-75% domestically and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and onsite print trials.
• Travel to customer sites to install, repair, maintain and test equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions.
• Prepare service reports and analyze product failure trends.
• Work with customers, engineers and technicians.
