Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or an associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a Rees Technician or 3 years in the industry with a track record.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or networking equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with test meters and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration for proper functionality and compatibility.
• Diagnose issues identified during calibration and repair as needed.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic and mechanical components.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment for accurate readings and compliance.
• Read schematics, drawings, and documentation to guide work.
• Use test meters and diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions.
• Review job plans before installation and submit status updates.
• Record data to support IQ/OQ protocols.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for on-site service.
• Communicate with customers for updates and inquiries.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues.
• Travel to customer facilities within the region.
