Job summary

Rees Scientific is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and service Rees monitoring equipment in regulated environments. You will work hands-on to ensure accurate calibrations and timely maintenance, and you will engage with customers to provide updates on preventive maintenance.

The role requires reading schematics, using test meters and diagnostic tools, and coordinating with technical teams.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years as a Rees Technician or 3 years industry experience with proven installations and troubleshooting.
Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
Able to read schematics and technical documentation; familiarity with test meters and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment at customer facilities.
Verify setup and configuration for compatibility and proper functionality.
Diagnose issues and perform repairs on electronics and mechanical components.
Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and regulatory compliance.
Review job plans and provide status updates; record data for IOQ protocols.
Maintain organized inventory and provide timely project updates to customers.
