Rees Scientific is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and inspect monitoring equipment in regulated environments. You will engage with customers to provide updates on preventive maintenance and address service-related issues.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, configuration verification, diagnostics, and maintaining data for IOQ protocols. The role requires travel within the designated region and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience as a Rees Technician and/or 3+ years industry experience with installations and troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or computer networking equipment.
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with test meters and diagnostic tools used in electronics maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds and climb equipment; valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot monitoring equipment in customer facilities.
• Verify setup and configuration of equipment in client environments.
• Diagnose issues identified during calibration executions.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electronic and mechanical components.
• Calibrate and inspect equipment to ensure accurate readings and regulatory compliance.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for repairs.
• Use test meters and diagnostic tools to identify malfunctions and calibrate equipment.
• Review job plans and submit status updates per project requirements.
• Record data to support IOQ protocols.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for on-site service.
• Communicate project updates to customers and provide strong support.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve complex issues.
• Travel to various customer facilities within the region.
• Other duties as assigned
