Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Field Service Technician II to ensure product readiness for patient use across a range of rental and customer-owned medical products. You will perform cleaning, disinfection, function checks, and minor repairs, with ongoing customer contact and on-call duties.

The role includes servicing across hospital environments and service centers to support patient care. We value flexibility, safety, and a strong customer service mindset as you travel and deliver timely service,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in field service or repair of medical equipment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on assigned products.
• Repair malfunctioning components and adjust equipment as needed.
• Provide on-call coverage up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Load, unload and move medical products up to 1680 pounds.
• Generate service revenue and complete activities under service contracts.
