Qualifications

• Field Technical Service role provides technical expertise/support in assisting clients with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• On-site/field work; not remote.
• Requires basic knowledge from work experience; vocational or technical education may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact on technical and service problems to achieve product/service performance and total customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical/service issues.
• Instruct clients on proper usage and operation of equipment.
• Document and maintain client service logs and prepare reports for product failure analysis.
