Job summary

EBARA Technologies Inc. is seeking a field service technician to service customer sites and service centers. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and part replacement on heater products, with travel to customer locations as required.

The role requires full-time presence at assigned sites, adherence to safety policies, and ability to work in varied industrial environments. This position offers a standard weekday schedule and opportunities for on-site service with a focus on

Qualifications

Two or more years service experience in a technical setting.
Degree in Electronics or Engineering preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

Service equipment/products at customer sites or service centers, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and startups.
Install, track, and service heater products.
Order and notify customers when replacement parts are needed; maintain tools and supplies.
Document maintenance, downtime, issues, and service reports; travel to customer locations as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following EBARA safety policies.
