Job summary

Oregon Lottery is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Field Service Team within the Gaming Operations division. You will service and repair Lottery equipment at retailer locations in Ontario, Oregon, building strong relationships with retailers.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with Sunday hours earning a 10% weekend differential. You will manage a designated route, perform preventative maintenance, complete projects, and handle required administrative

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree and three (3) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support; OR
Five (5) years of experience repairing and maintaining electronic equipment and providing technical support.
Valid driver's license in the state of residence and clean driving record are required.
Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the assigned route (Ontario) and in Oregon to be eligible.

Responsibilities

Maintain, service and repair Oregon Lottery equipment within retailer establishments.
Manage an assigned route to perform preventive maintenance and complete projects.
Provide customer service for Lottery retailers and players.
Attend required trainings and complete administrative duties.
