Job summary

Ring Power Corporation, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Field Technician to diagnose and repair customer and company equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies.

You will complete required training and maintain tools for efficient diagnostics and assembly. Responsibilities include analyzing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, documenting repairs, and monitoring costs to stay within estimates.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
3–4 years of related experience preferred.
Able to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.
Valid Driver's License required.
Successfully complete required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications.
Maintain necessary set of tools for job performance.
Document repairs and repair times using appropriate software.
Monitor job expenses vs. repair estimates and notify supervisor of cost overruns.
Work safely and mentor others in the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
