Qualifications

• Experience: 3-4 years.

• Completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficient in computer use and dealer software.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
• Disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain tools and documentation of repairs and times.
• Monitor job expenses vs estimates and report any cost overrun.
• Work safely and mentor others in the department.
• Attend and complete required technician training classes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
