Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; valid driver license.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.
• Successfully completed required training to be designated Service Field Tech II.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dealer software programs.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all tasks.
• Maintain tools and diagnose, disassemble and assemble components per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and repair customer or company equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Document repairs with appropriate software and track repair times.
• Monitor job expenses and notify supervisor of cost overruns.
• Train and mentor others in the department and contribute to team safety and quality.
