Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support customers in the Northern Minnesota area. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, technical curiosity, and customer focus. Training is provided, with opportunities for travel as needed and a path toward long-term field service career growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
