Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support the Northern Minnesota area, with commuting options to Grand Forks, ND and Bemidji, MN. You will install, service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs, and participate in ongoing training.

You will handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, and system configurations, maintain security settings, and provide proactive, customer-focused service across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel as needed.
• Willing to work rotating and weekend shifts and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
