Job summary

NCR Atleos in Omaha, NE is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage network access, and travel within a territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license meeting fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills with operating system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values and safety standards.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories; overnight travel may be required.
