Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Detroit, MI area. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems across a defined territory. The role requires physical work, strong mechanical aptitude, and capable computer/network skills.

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States.
PC skills, basic electronic skills, and OS familiarity.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and travel.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations issues.
Manage network faults and remote connectivity; triage customer issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and participate in training.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and timekeeping.
