Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians in Newburgh, NY to install, maintain, and service ATMs and self-checkout systems. You’ll triage issues, communicate clearly with customers, and perform on-site repairs under a comprehensive training program.

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with operating systems

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
