Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians II in the Newburgh, NY area. You will install, service, and repair electromechanical systems such as ATMs and self-checkout devices, traveling within a defined territory to keep critical self-service technology running for large retailers and banks.

Ideal candidates are technically curious with mechanical aptitude and a customer-first mindset. The role includes training, weekend rotations, and potential overnight travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Local candidate to the Newburgh, NY area.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting NCR Atleos requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills and OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with travel and rotating/weekend shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, in territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues; communicate effectively with customers.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs.
• Adhere to company policies, values and safety standards.
