Job summary

NCR Atleos in Portland, OR is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, maintain, and service ATMs and self-checkout systems within a defined territory. You will diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system configurations, delivering timely resolutions to keep essential self-service technology operating.

Ideal candidates are locally based, 19+, with a valid driver’s license and basic PC/electronic skills.

Qualifications

Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
Authorized to work in the United States.
At least 19 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
