Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field service technician to perform installation, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will travel within the assigned territory, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to keep networks and devices running smoothly.

Local candidates in the United States with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Job description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access

Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
• Rotating and weekend shifts
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred)
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification (preferred)
• One or more years of related experience (preferred)
