Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our team in the United States. You will install, maintain, and repair electromechanical equipment on-site, serving key retail customers within an assigned territory.

This role requires rotating shifts, travel, and the ability to lift heavy objects. A company vehicle is provided along with benefits to support healthcare, retirement, and time off. Training will be provided to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• Able to travel with long driving days and rotate shifts including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance (up to 150 lbs. with assistance).
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments to service or replace networking equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
