Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment at retail locations within a designated territory. You will perform customer installations, respond to service calls, and ensure systems operate reliably.

The role offers hourly pay, overtime, benefits from day one, a company vehicle, and opportunities to learn through hands-on training. Local candidates who can travel and work rotating shifts are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours daily.
• Shifts rotating morning/afternoon/evening, including some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
