Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver top-tier service and maintenance for Canon-supported products. You will report trends, perform on-site maintenance, and keep accurate records while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and compliance with customer security requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position with a transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Willingness to travel with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers to access sites.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb and be active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Demonstrate strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Help branch/district meet metric targets.
