Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to deliver excellent service and efficiency in maintenance of Canon-supported products. This client-facing role requires travel, compliance with customer protocols, and lifting up to 50 pounds while staying active most of the time.

You’ll join a leader in digital imaging, with a competitive benefits package and a transportation allowance. The position is full-time and on-site, with a 120-day intro period and PDIF training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and onboarding.
• Ability to travel with valid driver's license and driving record.
• Must obtain required security/clearances for customers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and be active >50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Show strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain machine performance and support branch targets.
• Assist with travel and on-site work as required.
