Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service and install electromechanical equipment within an assigned territory in the Columbus area. You will perform maintenance, repair, and PM work on self-checkout systems and related hardware, with a focus on prompt, effective customer service.

Ideal candidates are local to the area, authorized to work in the US, with a valid driver's license and readiness for travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and hardware/OS familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small-scale equipment in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
