Job summary

NCR Voyix in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment for large retail clients. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance under NCR Voyix training.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
