Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to join our Birmingham, AL team. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

You'll work with customers to deliver prompt, effective service, handle PM tasks, and assist with system overhauls. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within a global, diverse service team.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Birmingham, AL area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
