Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through on-site maintenance of Canon-supported products. You will report trends, perform efficient service, and maintain essential documentation in alignment with company standards.

The role emphasizes customer communication, on-site responsiveness, and maintaining equipment performance while supporting branch targets and field service excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring compliance with customer policies.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel with valid driver’s license.
• Must take steps to obtain required security/clearances for customers.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with documentation.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field/on-site maintenance.
• Maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines; contribute to branch targets.
