Crane NXT invites applications for a Field Service Technician I to service equipment at client sites in Daytona and surrounding areas. The role involves preventative maintenance, upgrades, and interactions with branch teams to ensure high service levels.

This position requires 1+ years in technical/field service, strong electromechanical aptitude, and excellent communication. A company vehicle and training are provided, with opportunities for travel and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical/field service or similar role.
• Impeccable integrity and ability to access secured environments (licenses may be required).
• Strong electromechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Travel daily by vehicle to client sites (90%) with occasional overnight/long drives (10%).
• Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to satisfy client needs and meet contract response times.
• Maintain vehicle stock parts and keep equipment clean and organized.
