Job summary

NCR Voyix in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment for major retail customers. You will respond to service calls, triage issues, and communicate with store personnel to deliver the right solution.

This entry‑level role includes hands‑on and classroom training, rotating shifts with occasional holidays, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver''s license with suitable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronics knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
