Qualifications

• More than one year of heavy equipment experience required; three or more years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• MSHA certification preferred.
• Air conditioning certification preferred.
• Crane/Rigger certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor repairs and troubleshooting offsite with minimal supervision.
• Removes and installs parts; disassembles and assembles basic components.
• Tests and verifies proper operation of all repairs.
• Maintains service reports and customer records; writes service reports as required.
• Operates equipment and vehicles with necessary licenses; maintains DOT logs and inspections.
• Communicates job progress to supervisor and customer as needed.
• Travels to off-site locations; may require overnight travel.
