Job summary

Quadient is seeking a Field Service Technician to represent the company at customer sites in Denver, CO. You will install, service, and upgrade mailroom and related equipment, diagnose issues, and keep systems running smoothly.

You will train customers on proper operation and maintenance, act as a trusted advisor, and document issues for escalation while managing inventory and service tools. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service with clear communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose, repair equipment, and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% to customer sites with a valid driver’s license.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. Must meet safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, or upgrade equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and offer technical recommendations.
• Provide training on product operation and maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance and manage parts stock.
• Document issues and escalation details, and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
