Job summary

NCR Voyix in the United States is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment at retail sites within the assigned territory.

You will respond to service calls, complete preventive maintenance, and work rotating shifts with opportunities for overtime; candidates must be local, hold a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work – rotating start times with some holidays.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Willing to be trained on and operate small scale scissor lifts in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
