Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service and install electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory. The role includes heavy customer interaction, on-site service calls, and ongoing maintenance responsibilities.

The position offers comprehensive benefits and a company vehicle, with training provided to develop technical and customer service skills. Local travel is required with rotating shifts and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills and basic electronic hardware familiarity.
• Ability to travel and work rotating/ weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
