Flowserve is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair pumps, valves, seals, and related equipment at customer sites across various industries. You will perform hands-on repairs, install new equipment, and provide real-time technical support on site.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, traveling to customer sites (including international travel), and training customers on proper operation and maintenance.

Formación

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
• Experience with installing or repairing mechanical equipment preferred.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsabilidades

• Make direct, in-person service calls in response to customer requests.
• Assess mechanical problems and take prompt corrective actions.
• Lead work crews and collaborate with customer personnel when required.
• Oversee the full cycle of repair: disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair, and assembly.
• Ensure equipment is installed correctly and on schedule.
• Check startup readiness and performance after installation.
• Monitor maintenance and performance of Flowserve equipment.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with Flowserve repair centers, customer service, and sales engineering.
