Job summary

Holt CAT is seeking an entry-level Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on equipment in the Victoria, TX area. You will use Holt CAT’s digital tools to report issues and coordinate with the central dispatch team for logistics, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Class B CDL within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to one year of field or shop preventive maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required.
• Must be able obtain a Class B CDL within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Models and performs high quality preventative field maintenance on equipment.
• Maintains and communicates a field service schedule to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Works with Holt’s central dispatch for logistics and communicates with customers to confirm job requirements, location, and timeline.
• Adheres to safety policies and company procedures at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
