Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years in electromechanical assembly or service.
• Strong electromechanical skills and ability to read blueprints or P&ID drawings.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment; excellent customer service and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in field service operations including installation, startup, repair, preventative maintenance, and training services at customer sites.
• Follow work instructions to install, start up, repair, maintain, calibrate and verify equipment.
• Analyze problems, troubleshoot on-site and remotely; provide technical support and communicate solutions to customers.
• Create service reports and deliver on time per Service Manager goals; update CRM and ERP records.
• Coordinate with service team, product support, and sales to promote customer satisfaction.
• Maintain schedule accuracy with Contract Administrator, Service Supervisor and Service Managers.
• Document activities and submit prompt service and expense reports; adhere to safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel up to ~60% per month; maintain strong Microsoft Office skills.
