Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field ATM Technician to service NCR Atleos equipped ATMs across designated areas. You will learn procedures on Day 1 and perform diagnostics using our service app and error logs.

The role includes maintenance, reporting, and inventory tasks, with travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and outdoor work as part of daily duties. Ideal candidates reside in the local area, have a High School diploma, a valid US work authorization, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include: Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather, Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.

• Learn on Day 1 and perform NCR Atleos trainings.
• Diagnose problems from error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and details of work performed, including call closures.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• You will learn this on Day 1.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
