Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a on-site ATM Technician to be the first line of response at customer locations in the Baltimore area. You will diagnose issues from error logs, perform basic repairs, and coordinate with service teams while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, reporting hours and miles, and completing NCR Atleos trainings. This role requires travel, physical activity, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather.

Job description

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to elevate issues to.
• Apply the knowledge that you learn during your on-the-job training to resolve task related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.

Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include:
• o Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather.
• o Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• This role requires proof of the following minimum insurance coverage.
• o Bodily Injury Liability: Minimum $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
• o Property Damage Liability: Minimum of $100,000 per accident.
