Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking an on-site ATM technician to serve as the first line of response at customer locations in Phoenix, AZ. You will diagnose issues from error logs, perform basic maintenance, manage inventory, and report work details accurately while following safety procedures using the company app and Android phone.

You will receive on-the-job training and must be able to travel, lift up to 50 lbs, and comply with insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• On-site ATM technician role requiring travel to customer locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Authorized to work in the US with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations.
• Problem-solve at a basic module level (FRU), organize and plan your time effectively, and know when and to whom to escalated issues to.
• Apply the knowledge learned during on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations emphasizing on manual skills.
• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs. You will learn this on Day 1.
• Diagnose problems based on error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.

Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include:
• o Prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather.
• o Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.
• This role requires proof of the following minimum insurance coverage.
• o Bodily Injury Liability: Minimum $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident.
• o Property Damage Liability: Minimum of $100,000 per accident.
