Responsibilities
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with accurate documentation and record keeping.
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
- Maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
- Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
- Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
- Facilitate performance to help achieve branch/district overall metric targets.
Qualifications
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of Internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
- Required to obtain all necessary security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
- Eligibility for travel and travel reimbursement if required.
Salary and Benefits
Hourly salary range: $19.00‑26.31. The role is eligible for a transportation allowance.
