Job Description:
The primary responsibilities involve being dispatched to customer sites to provide general IT support. Tasks include driving to client locations, handling break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting various devices such as printers, laptops, servers, and network equipment. The support level varies depending on the customer.
Top 2 required skills: Hands-on hardware repair (printers, PCs, POS systems), break-fix experience, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
Work Schedule: M-F 9-6 during training; post-training, Tues-Sat 9-6, starting each day from home.
Overtime and On-Call: No OT during training. On-call rotation begins after training and OEM certifications are completed.
Experience: 2-5 years preferred, but training will be provided.
Certifications/Education: A+ certification is a plus but not required. Experience with Lexmark, HP, Dell, Lenovo printers and equipment is also desirable.
Mileage: Varies; mileage is compensated. Travel covers the Denver Metropolitan Area and occasionally further north to Fort Collins.
Ideal Candidate: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure. Responsible for on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring SLA compliance within 4-6 hours.
This role involves extensive driving, efficient routing, and adaptability to changing schedules.
