Job summary

ChampionX is seeking a Field Service Technician in Evans, CO to perform maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting of multiplex pump skids for Jet Pump lift systems and SWD facilities. The role involves on-site and shop work with a focus on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of field service experience, clean driving record, and is capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. You will participate in on-call rotation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a field service mechanic troubleshooting and repairing multiplex pumps and jet pump artificial lift systems.
• Must have an acceptable driving record per company standards
• 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle experience

Responsibilities

• Executes the commissioning and decommissioning of multiplex pump skids and components at oil and gas wellsites for use on Jet Pump artificial lift, Salt Water Disposal (SWD) Systems, and other facilities.
• Repair and troubleshoot multiplex pumps and their auxiliary components including electric motors and VSDs, safety switches, flow meters, valves, lubrication, and sump pumps.
• Complete preventative maintenance on the above equipment at regular intervals.
• Write up service tickets accurately for customers to review and be invoiced.
• Develop good working relationships with customers through professional communication and respond to technical questions.
• Contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service multiplex pumps (Triplex, Quintuplex) and Jet Pump systems used for artificial lift.
• Responds to customer calls and assist with technical questions.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and company truck.
