Job summary

UpKept Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality residential maintenance and repair services for HOA communities under the Odevo US family. You will respond to work orders, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with trade partners, and represent the company professionally on site.

This role requires regular travel between community sites, lifting up to 50 lbs, and work in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in residential or commercial settings.
Experience with at least two trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to read and interpret work orders and schematics.
Comfort using mobile tech for timekeeping and work orders.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

Respond to reactive maintenance requests within assigned service-level timelines.
Diagnose issues across common trades and perform repairs.
Complete work orders with details in the system, including labor time, materials, photos, and notes.
Coordinate with trade partners and verify work quality before closing orders.
Document time and maintain tools and equipment; follow safety protocols.
